Michael Gaarmann (Chairman)
Michael Gaarmann is Attorney-at-Law and Partner at law firm Rønne & Lundgren. Michael has previously been deputy CEO of Zacco, Partner at Arthur Andersen,Managing Director and Partner at Plougmann & Vingtoft and Managing Consultant at PA Consulting Group

Ole Krog
Ole Krog has previously been Managing Director of HTS Employers' Association and deputy CEO of  The Confederation of Danish Industry (DI). Ole has previously been Chairman of JOEP Pension Fund, vice Chairman of PensionDanmark, Managing Director of The Association of Danish Pharmacies and Director of The Confederation of Danish Employers (DA).

Lars Frederiksen
Lars Frederiksen is Director and Partner of Cura Management.
