Our management process includes strategic development and
sparring, continuous portfolio adjustment and maximizing returns in
conjunction with external consultants and property managers. We
optimize property operating value through development, rental and
cost management in close cooperation with external
administrators.
All contacts with external partners, tenants and authorities
including the Financial Supervisory Authority, the Stock Exchange
and IPD / Danish Property Index, can be handled by Cura Management,
thereby incurring the lowest possible level of resource costs for
our clients.
We take charge of budgeting, monitoring, cash flow management
and financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
according to our client's needs and wants.
Preparation of annual reports is in accordance with current
accounting practice and rules and regulations governing annual
accounting, and the IFRS. We also provide comprehensive management
reporting at director and board level.
