We utilise portfolio management tools and models for valuations
calculated on a monthly basis in accordance with Danish and
international standards. Analysis and reporting is based on
discounted cash flow models both at the property and portfolio
level.
Valuations are benchmarked to client needs using external valuer
reviews of all or part of the portfolio. Changes in portfolio and
individual property values are deconstructed and analyzed to
identify untapped value potential.
Analysis and reporting can be included to support the client
decision making process at director and board level. We provide our
clients with a choice for the financing and monitoring of debt
portfolios in cooperation with leading financial firms.
